Duang Duang provides prepaid API credits and a software gateway for accessing supported AI model providers through a unified API.

Accounts and API Keys

Customers are responsible for keeping API keys secure and for all usage made through their keys. We may suspend keys for abuse, fraud, security risk, or policy violations.

Credits and Usage

Credits are prepaid and deducted based on model usage, including input tokens, output tokens, and applicable pricing rules. Usage records in the dashboard are the source of account balance calculations.

Displayed prices may vary by model tier. We may update pricing for future usage, but changes do not retroactively change credits already consumed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their prompts, outputs, applications, end users, and compliance with laws and provider rules. Customers must not use the service to avoid safety systems, sanctions, geographic restrictions, or other provider requirements.

Provider Rules

Customers must follow all applicable upstream AI provider policies and legal requirements. Duang Duang does not grant permission to bypass provider restrictions, rate limits, or safety policies.

Availability

The service depends on third-party providers and network availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during provider outages, maintenance, or account review.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, API keys, or access for abuse, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, legal risk, or violation of these terms.

Limitation

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, provider outages, or model output quality.
