We collect account information, API key metadata, payment records, usage records, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

Usage Data

We record token usage, selected models, request status, provider cost, billed amount, and timestamps. Prompt content should not be logged by default except where needed for debugging, abuse review, or customer support.

Account and Security Data

We store account email addresses, password hashes, API key metadata, session records, email verification records, and password reset records. Full API keys are shown only when created and are stored as hashes.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Sharing

We may share necessary request data with upstream AI model providers to fulfill API requests and with service providers that help operate billing, hosting, analytics, support, and security.

Retention

We keep account, payment, and usage records as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Your Choices

You may contact support to request account assistance, deletion, or correction. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
