Refund Policy

Prepaid credits are generally refundable only for unused balances, billing errors, duplicate charges, or service issues reviewed by support.
Used Credits
Credits consumed by API usage are not refundable unless the usage was caused by a confirmed platform error.
Requests
Refund requests should include the account email, payment date, amount, and reason. Contact support@duang-duang.com.
Approved refunds are usually returned through the original Stripe payment method. Bank and card processing times are controlled by Stripe and the payment network.
Partial Refunds
If part of a credit purchase has already been used, we may refund only the unused balance when appropriate.
Abuse and Fraud
We may deny refunds for accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass provider rules.
