Customers must use Duang Duang lawfully and in compliance with upstream AI provider policies.

Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activity, fraud, credential theft, phishing, or malware.
• Harassment, abuse, or attempts to generate harmful or unlawful content.
• Bypassing provider restrictions, safety systems, rate limits, or regional availability rules.
• Reselling access in a way that hides end-user abuse or prevents required compliance checks.
• Automated activity that harms service stability or violates rate limits.
• Using the service for regulated high-risk decisions without appropriate human review, permissions, and safeguards.
• Attempts to extract secrets, credentials, private data, or proprietary system instructions from models or third-party systems.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, terminate, investigate, or restrict accounts and API keys that violate this policy or create risk for the service, providers, or other users.
